How Sense transformed what was formerly YouTube Brandcast into YouTube Festival.
YouTube wanted to unveil their new, premium advertising products. This is how Sense transformed what was formerly YouTube Brandcast into YouTube Festival, a sensory environment that brought the world of YouTube to life for Sydney guests…
YouTube Festival reimagined the traditional Brandcast format, an annual B2B showcase. It’s when YouTube tells the marketing industry about the value of the platform, and why nearly 15 million Australians love it so much.
The challenge? Trying to get advertisers to see the value in YouTube’s content by offering them an immersive showcase of the platform.
This is YouTube’s biggest event of the year and there was no room for error. Sense created an experience that was bigger, better, and more impactful than anything before it.
We worked with YouTube on the overall vision for YouTube Festival 2019. Evolving what was Brandcast and taking it to a whole new level.
We designed and created an impressive and versatile stage set that allowed for impactful delivery of content and performance/talent. The Festival was powered by engaging activations, highly animated screen content and stunning performances by YouTube Creators plus locally and internationally renowned talent.
Mirrored with a street festival showcasing the best of YouTube Creators, incredible food from Made by Merivale and never to be forgotten branding moments, music and talent that guests could not wait to share - pushing all the sensory buttons.
