We needed to create a program that could do two things consistently:

  1. Deliver truly high-touch experiences that senior stakeholders actually value.
  2. Scale across regions without losing quality, pace, or polish from concept through to delivery.

The brief was not “more events”. It was deeper relationships, stronger engagement, and maximum impact with priority accounts.

02 The creative solution

We built a repeatable executive engagement model anchored in VIP experiences and thought leadership, with a delivery system designed to travel.

That included premium tentpole moments and flagship formats such as:

  • Global hospitality moments including Wimbledon, Abu Dhabi F1, Las Vegas F1 and Paris Fashion Week

  • Monaco F1 hospitality, covering guest journey design, ticketing and partner management, logistics and itinerary planning, theming, staffing and onsite VIP hosting, plus post-event optimisation

  • A Paris cocktail experience for ~70 existing and prospective customers, designed to deepen understanding of enterprise capability

  • A multi-city “Connect” series bringing together ~100 existing and prospective customers for product deep dives, customer stories and expert talks
